Chicken Karhayi







Ingrediants:


Chicken                                      1kg
Onions                                        3 large(fine chopped)
Tomatoes                                    4-5
Green chillies                               5
Coriander                                    for garnish
Garlic paste                                 1tbsp
Salt                                              to taste
Red chilli flakes                            to taste
Turmeric                                      1/4 tsp
Ginger                                           finely sliced for garnish
Oil                                                1/2 cup approx




Method:


Heat oil and add garlic paste fry till fragrant,put in chicken and fry till slight golden. Keep aside. In the same oil fry onions till transparent, add spices. Mix! then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and let the tomatoes soften. Bhonofy the tomatoes. Put in chicken and keep on dum for around 20 mins. garnish with ginger slices, fresh coriander aur a pinch of all spices.
